When creating an account: name, email, company information; while using the Service: log data, IP address, device information; for billing: payment data (card details are stored by a third-party processor).

Service delivery, account management, payment collection, customer support, product development, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
Data is not shared with third parties beyond cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors and legal authorities. Data is never sold for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active or as required by legal retention obligations. After account deletion, all personal data is destroyed within 30 days.
