Terms of Service

1. Service Scope
Your access to the API platform, Discord bots and marketplace integration services (the "Service") provided by Xanny Technologies ("Xanny", "we") is governed by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account & Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
3. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Invoices are issued in EUR. Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service in a way that violates the law, infringes third-party rights, distributes spam or malware, or harms our infrastructure.
5. Service Level
Enterprise customers receive a 99.99% uptime SLA. Other plans are provided on a best-effort basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xanny is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Stockholm.
