Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund without providing a reason. Send your request to support@xanny.space.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription with one click from your dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.

3. Annual Plan Refunds

For annual plans, full refunds are issued within the first 14 days; afterwards, prorated refunds for unused months are issued (excluding service interruptions and special agreements).

4. Enterprise Contracts

Refund terms for enterprise customers are defined in the signed service agreement.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are returned within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
